The engineer Jugendorf, "Righteous Among the Nations" from
Romania. Jugendorf and his wife were from Bukovina.
They were active in Mogilev, Transnistria, in aiding deportees from the
city of Chernovtsy.
The photo and its dedication are apparently from July 1959.
Note: "Righteous Among the Nations" is the title awarded to non - Jews who
risked their lives to save Jews during the Holocaust.
